Economic Empowerment

We equip disabled women and girls with the skills, tools, and confidence to create income and reshape their futures.

From training to thriving—economically empowered women change communities.

Kaliiti’s economic empowerment program addresses poverty at its root by giving women and girls with disabilities access to skills training, tools, and startup support

We believe that economic independence is a form of liberation, and we’re here to ensure disabled women can thrive in their own right.

What We Do

We partner with organizations to secure donations of tools and materials that help jumpstart businesses.

Sewing & tailoring workshops with donated sewing machines

Poultry farming initiatives with starter kits and coops

Financial literacy and small business mentorship

Toolkits like embroidery kits, salon startup gear

Why It Matters ?

Disabled women are 3x more likely to live below the poverty line due to discrimination and limited access to work. By providing real economic options, we enable them to provide for themselves and their families—and redefine what’s possible.

Now that I earn my own income, I feel seen, respected, and unstoppable.
